We’re pretty excited to share with you a new infographic we’ve designed to demonstrate why video interviewing is a fantastic tool for college recruiting. Don’t get us wrong. We believe that having a strong on-campus presence is important, but there is only so much you can accomplish with on campus visits.

As noted in the infographic, 65% of college student interviews are completed outside of business hours and 25% are on weekends. One problem with on-campus or in-person interviews with college students is scheduling. Just like you, students have a ton on their plate. Johnny Student is not just juggling a full course load with papers and exams to boot, but he’s also on Student Government, and the soccer team. Our pre-recorded video screen allows students to answer interview questions at a time when it’s convenient for them.
