Last month we were super excited to launch our “Top Articles of the Month” series, and today we have another surprise for you!   Along with sharing our favorite 5 recruiting articles each month, we’ll also be asking our Twitter community a question and sharing their answers with you right here in the blog post!  We can’t contain ourselves, so we’re going to go ahead and get started!

Looking to improve the skill set of your sourcers?  Kelly Dingee (@SourcerKelly) writes a great post on Fistful of Talent about how switching things up and making life a bit difficult for sourcers will only help them grow.

Here’s a beauty from Rayanne Thorn (@ray_anne) on Blogging4Jobs.  The title says it all.

3. How to crash weddings and get your next hire.

The title of this one alone should push you to click and read!  Jim Stroud (@JimStroud) of The Recruiter’s Lounge talks about how when people find love, it really is beautiful — for him!  While it may not be the most scientific method, you may just find yourself seeking passive candidates that you’ll want to reach out to in the future with Jim’s ‘sweet’ method.

4. How to use Pinterest as a recruiting tool

Do you pin?  Amanda DiSilvestro does, and she wrote about how recruiters can start using this social picture tool as a recruiting tool.  Her article on Recruiting Blogs talks about how the visual aspect of Pinteret may help you attract more candidates.

5.  Top 25 must read blogs for employers
